Way To Cook

Take a large bowl for whisking Bisquick, milk, eggs, and vanilla together.  Also, take a large skillet and melt 1 tablespoon butter on medium heat. After that take about ¼ cup pancake batter and add to the skillet. Let the flame on and keep cooking for approx 2 minutes. After that add a pineapple ring in the center of the pancake. Once you add the ring, add a cherry in the center of the ring.

Sprinkle a little bit of brown sugar over the pancake. All the major steps have been taken, now keep looking for bubbles at the edges in this pineapple dessert recipes. When you see the bubble, it means your dessert is almost ready. After one more minute of cooking, flip the side and decrease the flame to medium. Cook the other side for 3 more minutes, that will make the color golden. Repeat the same process with the remaining batter.

The brown sugar in the pancake makes the bottom nice and caramelized and it looks like a cake. Brown sugar also makes the pancake a little crunchy. You need to wait until the pancakes are almost ready to flip before adding a pineapple ring. It helps in making it easier to use the spatula under the pancake. It prevents a huge mess and you will feel at ease distributing among people. Turn the heat to low flame after flipping. It will keep the sugar from burning. Your dessert is ready and now you Serve with whipped cream and maple syrup.
