Stir Fry Sauce Preparation

  • Add soy sauce, maple syrup, honey or brown sugar, cornstarch, beef broth in a bowl and mix well.
  • Keep it aside.

  • Add some oil to the stir-fry pan or wok and preheat it for a while on low heat.
  • Add the beef in three to four batches to the wok and cook uncovered from both sides nicely till it is crisp and brown. Never overcook the beef.
