Ingredients you will need to prepare this delicious chicken recipe-

· Sixteen ounces of chicken breasts

· Two cups fresh spinach

· One-fourth teaspoon pepper

· Half cup shredded cheese

· Four cups bacon

· Half cup garlic powder


1.Prefer 350 degrees to preheat the microwave

2. Cut chicken breasts- cut in such a way to make a pocket for stuffing.

3. Take a cast iron small pan to cook bacon. However, make sure you followed all package instructions while cooking bacon. Drain all but keep 2 cups of bacon grease aside.

4. Use pepper and garlic powder for seasoning the chicken. After seasoning, fill chicken breasts will bacon, shredded cheese, and fresh spinach. You can use toothpicks to keep the chicken breasts open edge closed if you want.

5. Keep frying pan over medium heat and sear stuffed pieces for 3-4 minutes.

6. After searing, keep chicken breasts in the microwave for 15 minutes.

7. Remove from the microwave, keep for 3 minutes and then serve.

Note: If you don’t want to use bacon for the mentioned-above recipe, then use unsalted butter because it is the best alternative to bacon.

Creamy Chicken Marsala:

A delightful and creamy Italian dish, creamy chicken masala that can be prepared in under half an hour! The creamy gravy is loaded with flavor and will be one that you must try to prepare once!

Ingredients You’ll need to prepare the recipe-

· Pepper and salt

· One and a half cup sliced mushrooms

· Two tablespoons olive oil

· Four chicken breasts

· Half cup marsala wine

· Half cup whipping cream

· One tsp garlic powder

· Half cup chicken broth

· Finely chopped parsley

· One tsp ground mustard


1.Take a large pan over medium flame and put an olive oil in the skillet. Then, add the chicken breasts, pepper, and salt. Cook for 15 minutes or until brown. Please remove it from the heat and keep on the plate.

2.Add olive oil and stir fry the mushrooms for less than 3 minutes. Then mix marsala wine and boil it for 2 minutes. Add the garlic powder and the chicken broth.

3.After that, mix ground mustard and heavy whipping cream.

4. Boil all these ingredients for about 12 minutes. Put chicken breasts in the gravy and cook for about 3 minutes.
