Then butter, brown sugar, bourbon, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt will be added and stirred. Then you have to dip the peach slices into the caramel mixture and a batter of flour, baking powder, butter, granulated sugar, and vanilla should be spread over them. Within 35 minutes, your dessert will be ready to be served.

To make this fruit dessert, you have to take a long serrated knife and cut raspberries into slices. But before cutting, clean them with water. You can also use blueberries or strawberries in case you do not have raspberries. Then you have to line a thick loaf pan with plastic wrap. Now you have to make a mixture of sour cream and sugar. Then you have to fold in some of the raspberries and pistachios and place them on the pan. Then, mix lemon juice and honey in a bowl and add the remaining raspberries and then toss it occasionally for 20 minutes. Finally, your semifreddo is ready.

This ice cream, popularly known as cherries jubilee ice cream, will add some extra taste to your summer. If you want to make this one of the healthy fruit desserts, first you have to whisk sugar, hot milk, and yolk in a big saucepan over medium heat. After 8 or 10 minutes, you have to pour the mixture into a container through a wire-mesh strainer. Now leave it until it becomes cool. After that, you have to stir cherries and brandy and again leave it to get chilled for up to 20 hours. When it becomes very cold, pour it into a bowl of ice – cream maker and process.

Blackberry buckle ice cream is one of the classic healthy fruit desserts that is very easy to make. For making this, you have to follow the same method of making cherries jubilee ice cream. Only, at the last stage, you just have to mash blackberries and mix it with granola and ice cream. Then you have to pour it into a bowl of your ice – cream maker. This dessert can be stored for at least 7 days. 

  1. Raspberry Crumb Bars With Oats

This is one of the tastiest healthy fruit desserts to try. To make this dessert, you have to line a preheated baking pan with parchment paper. Then pulse flour, butter, and sugar together in a bowl or food processor at least 10 times. Now, take ⅓ cup of this mixture in a bowl and fold in almonds and oats and squeeze. Then you can add baking soda, salt, and oats to the food processor to pulse. Then bake it for 15 minutes. 

Now, mash raspberries and sugar in a bowl and spread over the mixture and bake it for 45 minutes.
