Best 3 Pumpkin Dessert Ideas With Recipe

These pumpkin-spiced cookies are my favourite pumpkin-spiced treat to produce. They’re all you know about a classic chewy-yet-crisp chocolate chip cookie, except with more pumpkin and warm spices. They’re fluffy, flavourful, and dusted with sugar for a decadent crunch and a beautiful shimmer. To top it all off, they don’t need a mixer and are made entirely without eggs. Here’s how to make some.

1.Easy Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients needed

·         3 large eggs

·         1 cup canned pumpkin

·         1 cup evaporated milk

·         Half cup sugars.

·         Quarter cup maple syrup

·         One teaspoon cinnamon

·         Salt

·         Half teaspoon nutmegs

·         1/2 teaspoon maple flavouring

·         1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

·         One frozen pie crust

·         1 sheet refrigerated pie crust, optional

·         Whipped cream, optional

In a big mixing cup, combine the first ten ingredients and whisk until smooth; pipe into pie crust. Wrap the foil around the edge loosely.

Bake for 10 minutes at 400°F. Reduce the heat to 350° and continue baking for 40-45 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the middle comes out clean. Remove the foil. Allow to cool on a wire rack.

Print out pie crust to 1/8-inch thickness and cut out with 1-inch to 1-1/2-inch leaf-shaped cookie cutters if decorative cut-outs are needed. Leaf veins on cut-outs can be scored with a sharp knife.

Place on a baking sheet that has not been oiled. Preheat the oven to 400°F and bake for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown.
